This mean-spirited proposal is clearly motivated by animus toward transgender girls/women and is not evidence-based. Further, the Virginia Board of Health should prioritize the health and well-being of all individuals, including transgender people, by not excluding them from participation in sports.  Thank you for considering my comment.
