It has no foundation in science or public health, and falls outside the legal authority of the Board. These attacks hurt trans people, and they also create harmful scrutiny on all women and girls. This is not about fairness, it's about control. Please deny this petition". as a member of the transgender community, I often fear for my life when I go into public areas that I do not normally visit. My human rights are being taken away.
