I live in Henrico and I AGREE with Petition 432.

This petition is not about locker rooms. The Board of Health has the buisness of upholding women’s rights to safety, equality, and fairness.

This is a real public health issues facing biological women and girls in Virginia, like domestic violence, maternal health, and poverty. Don’t let people distract from your important mission to protect the health and promote the well-being of biological women in Virginia.

Across our races, backgrounds, and genders, we all deserve to be treated fairly. There is a nationwide effort by some politicians and interest groups to force biological women into  silence; threatening and name calling women who want fairness and equality and safety. 

This petition has EVERYTHING  to do with the health of Virginians. Women should not face discrimination because of who they are. Women have always been here, and always will be. Women cannot and will not be erased! XY is not XX.
