I am a long time citizen of Chesterfield county and I strongly oppose petition 432. I am a cis woman and I have several close trans friends, both trans women and trans men. I have never felt endangered by any trans person but I DO feel endangered by the climate of hostility and hate these baseless attacks on the trans community are creating. 

I want my children to grow up in a society where people are accepted for who they are and different ways of being in this world are celebrated. I am sick to death of all these attacks on trans people when we have real public health problems the board should be concerning itself with like domestic violence, drug addiction, suicide and maternal fatality rates that remain appallingly high. Please reject petition 432 and get back to work on the real problems Virginians are facing.
