I live in Montgomery County and I oppose Petition 432. This is a shameful, bigoted attempt to marginalize our fellow Virginians, brought by people from outside the Commonwealth. Real issues facing women/ girls here include things like domestic violence, maternal health, and poverty. Don’t let this hateful petition distract from your important mission to protect the health and promote the well-being of ALL people in Virginia.

This is about discrimination, not sports. We can be better than our past, better than the hateful minority. Sports are a venue for building community, so let's build together rather than tear down each other in hate.
