To begin with even having discussion on stripping rights of Trans Women amounts to violation of Human Rights , period ! The  grotesque action of lawmakers to even encourage submission of petition by a  USA non-citizen or legal permanent resident from Hungary, which is under authoritarian regime is against the idea of existence of United States of America. Several reputable medical journals has shown over and over again the definition of women and Trans Women are well within that definition. Acceptance of ridiculous idea of "gender" encouraged by far right group and the Hungarian petitioner is against the view of more than 50% population of America. Instead of focussing on eliminating less than 1% population in America lawmakers should focus more on stopping far right Nazi propaganda and believe on Scientific facts.
