Which one of you, if you had the authority or power, would perform liposuction on an anorectic tennage girl suffering from anorexia nervosa / bulimia to better help her feel good about her body image?? I suspect no one. Likewise, no one with good concience would pretend to support her in her delusion that she is at an ideal weight. Children and adults suffering from gender dysphoria need the proper help & councelling (which is woefully under supplied) to deal with this delusion and accept their body as nature has determined it to be.
