There is absolutely no harm done in allowing trans people to live as they are. Attempting to stifle them will only create needless conflict and make more people unhappy. Allowing people to live as they are will make more people happy, and happy people will be more likely to do good to the world. Trans people are not the creepy groomers they are made out to be, just like all types of people there are all kinds of them and many of them might be more reasonable and decent than you think. Being trans in and of itself doesn't hurt anyone, and there are trans people who are very much good people who deserve to live happily and as themselves. It may be different to the norms some people are used to, but it's not evil.
