Virginia needs to stay the course and remain in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI)!
I was born and raised in Virginia and I think it's unconstitutional that you can make decisions affecting the health of Virginia residents without holding a public vote and finding out what the majority wants!! We want to stay in the RGGI!!
