I'm writing to express my strong opinion that Virginia should stay in RGGI. It is beyond absurd for our governor to be trying to remove us from this important program. Besides the fact that it would be illegal for him to do so, it goes against everything we know about climate change.  If we really do love our children, than every city, state, and country needs to be doing everything possible to reduce emissions as soon as possible. RGGI is a practical and proven program that actually reduces emissions. Virginia should stay in the program!!
