I oppose the Governor's illegal attempts to remove Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  RGGI is helping us reduce CO2 pollution in the atmosphere which is in the process of endangering all life on earth.  Don't believe me, read the 6th IPPC report.  We must turn off fossil fuel pollution in the next two and a half decades, and we need to cut it by 50% before 2030.
