We are, as the UN scientific panel said on “thin ice”! Any measure to combat climate change is imperative for life on this planet! Virginia’s participation in RGGI is a small part of what humanity is doing to slow climate change! This small part has positive results; flood control projects and making homes more energy efficient! It makes no sense to remove Virginia from this project! We must do everything we can by staying in the RGGI for the sake of all living things including ourselves!!!
