Dear Sirs and Madams:

im writing to urge you to continue to embrace the Virginia Clean Energy Act.  Please keep us in Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and maintain the Advanced Clean Car standards.

RGGI, the multi-state cooperative agreement, results in a far bigger step forward toward clean energy than any one state can accomplish alone.  The agreement has already brought millions of dollars in clean energy investments to Virginia.  In RGGI states, electricity costs have declined over 5%, while non-RGGI states’ prices have increased almost 9%!  

We need these agreements to continue to move us out of polluted water and air.  Please keep these programs!!
