RGGI, TCI & the Virginia Clean Energy Act all will increase utility fees on Virginians.  These green energy plans will hold back Virginia's economic and energy potential. 

Additionally, we need to be sure the SCC has oversight over Dominion Power so Virginia consumers are not burdened with the expense of failed energy projects, like wind turbines.

I support Governor Youngkin's efforts to repeal these energy mandates.  As well as ensuring no other state, like California, can dictate energy standards to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
