This is a great policy reform that would better help utilize the number of existing dental providers by giving more power to members on the dental team that are just as qualified by currently require additional oversight. This will increase access to dental care and reduce wait times by allowing teams to delegate responsibility to better serve their customers and solve shortages of current providers, especially in SW Virginia.
