Dry needling is an integral part of my physical therapy treatment and has helped me to recover from a recent hip surgery. It has relieved pain and allowed a greater range of motion. As long as the practice is performed safely by trained professionals as it was in my experience,  I strongly feel it should be allowed as a viable treatment option for VA residents.
