There is a lot more to acupuncture than just sticking needles in someone.  I went to school for three years for acupuncture, not to mention the 4 board tests I will have to take along with all of the fees that come along with it.  I feel it should only be fair that this is a requirement for EVERYONE, not just a select few.  There is also a safety concern for patients, this field requires practice, not just a few hours of a class.
