As a mom of a special needs person, I am always amazed at official documentation with words that, in total  give a person no understanding on what actually will be happening and how impact will be felt.  CSB person mirrored the same thoughts.

How can you cap someone's support at 56 hours when the need is so much greater person to person?

DBHDS - please reduce oversight and put resources in person centered need.
