I strongly support the Arc of Northern Virginia's comments, and strongly oppose the proposed cap on hours and replacement of service providers! Nothing has changed, or is likely to change, about my daughter's condition or needs, so how is a change in the hours of covered care justified? My daughter's service provider has provided essential assistance navigating the intricacies of caring for her for many years and I object to her being replaced by a service broker, especially without cause. 

Please remember that how a society treats its most vulnerable is always the measure of its humanity.
