Oppose 56 hours for CD services.  I support the elimination of Service Facilitators because they serve no purpose and are not effective.  Strongly oppose oversight by DMAS including higher level reviews to remain on the Waiver.  DMAS seems only to be interested in adding red tape instead of helping the people that the program was designed to help.
