This is a big word that has lots of meaning depending on where you sit. I am in favor of the shutdown of fishing for as long as needed for the population to have a chance to repopulate and feed the other east coast creatures that feed on this fish. Himans do not in all honesty need this fish. Leave it alone and stop the harvesting.
