There is something seriously wrong in the bay fishery.  I believe it is the result of overfishing of menhaden. All other species are tightly regulated.  Menhaden need the same.  Close the bay to menhaden harvest and omega can still fish in the ocean .  The jobs will still be there given the infrastructure of reedville. I support this petition and rational regulation.
