As a Virginian concerned with good health policy, this would not be that! This policy does not serve public health, but harms public health by further marginalizing trans Virginians and negatively impacting their mental health. If public health is the main concern, this policy should not be taken seriously. The fear mongering and hatred backing this proposal have no place in public health.
