Facts matter when creating laws

We must have objective measures in place to ensure laws are equally applied and not open to subjective interpretation or feelings. Feelings change from moment to moment - facts do not. Someone's biological sex matters when discussing Women's sports and private spaces. It is not subjective. There are blood tests that can be run to determine if someone has either XX or XY chromosomes. It's not bigotry, it's science. It's genetics. Why do biological women have to be oppressed in order to appease the feelings of a man who feels he is a woman? Women loose and are put in dangerous situations when laws put feelings over scientific facts.
