Why increase more for the workforce that does not get paid enough already to provide health/life and death skills? Please stop the madness by continuing to increase everything even the licensure that we already paid for the education to obtain it. It's bad enough we have to pay to renew when our jobs don't unless you have been there a certain amount of years.
