Follow the lead of other states, and regulate not ban

I am fortunate to live in a state with a Kratom consumer protection act that strives to regulate Kratom for safety, rather criminalize it and prevent anyone from experiencing its benefits.  Kratom has cost effectively spared me from so much pain over the last five years.  It has been life-changing in a very positive way, and its qualities have allowed me to be more productive at work.   There are many other OTC substances available in the local grocery store that are far more dangerous. . .why should Kratom be singled out?   It should be regulated for safety like all the other beneficial medicines we have, not banned.
