Kratom is a natural plant of this earth that has been used for thousands of years. Currently, there are numerous outlets feeding false information and outdated science about these life-saving leaves. Listen to the experts. The people who have put their time, money, resources, and hearts into studying this plant, and who realize the potential this plant has to save so many people from addiction and pain. Listen to the kratom advocates who have personal stories about kratom bringing them back from the brink of death from opioid use. People who have chronic pain and are unable to get pharmaceutical help. People who suffer from anxiety or depression and get natural relief from kratom. 

Kratom is not inherently dangerous. The dosage makes the poison, which is true about literally everything we consume. How many people overdose on Tylenol every year? What about benadryl? Asprin? These are all things deemed "safe" by FDA standards. 

There simply is not enough evidence to say this plant needs to be banned. Quite frankly, it's a ridiculous notion. A natural remedy to the opioid epidemic, that literally saves lives, needs to be regulated. Keep it safe for people to continue to live happy, pain-free lives. Please do not ban.
