I am using Kratom to help me with my chronic back pain and it works!  I wanted to stop using opioids because I was having to increase my intake as my body built up resistance to each dosage.  I do also get epidurals and nerve ablations, but I still need pain relief.  I had 2 back surgeries 13 years ago and I have been taking kratom for the past 5 years now.  The only side effect I have is loss of hair but I will take that over being debilitated every day.
