To make Kratom a scheduled drug,  let alone a scheduled 1 drug , one has to ask if this is entirely politically motivated in some way. As someone with 4 major back surgeries but working for 9 years as a maintenance technician, kraytom has helped me stay a functional part of society. When Xanax and Soma are a schedule 3 yet send thousands to the ER with overdoses every day. I know. I was one of those people 10 years ago. I was a “dysfunctional” part of society .  But Kraytom has has help me stay narcotic free since then.
