FDA recently declined to testify that kratom is dangerous. Banning kratom is not a fact or science based decision. Most states are moving to regulate kratom (make sure minors are not buying it, etc..). Banning it means millions upon millions of people who use kratom for a myriad of issues would not travel to and enjoy your great state. Tennessee overturned their ban. Why is Virginia not looking at the facts? Please consider the far reaching impact on the state and your residents that need kratom. Thank you
