Do not expand prohibition again chronic pain patients

To whom it may concern,

I recently found out the state of Virginia legislation is attempting to make life even harder for a portion of the population that suffers in constant agony. People who can already barely function with the extensive tool bags for management of their chronic illnesses. To act to steal a tool like kratom from those bags abhorrent. It amounts to the same ignorant cruelty the led to people like delegate Miller from Manassas mocking the idea of cannabis being used to treat children's epilepsy before he lost his seat. Do not hurt the small businesses that provide it, the patients who rely on it or add a new drug to the illegal unregulated market. Do not kill innocent people out of a misguided sense of saviorism.

Thank you,

Stephan Doheney
