As someone who has suffered from chronic pain for many years, I have found kratom to be a God-send.  The first time I took it, I cried tears of joy because I had not had such good pain relief in years.  In the past year, my wife has begun taking kratom for relief from back and leg pain caused by osteoarthritis of the hips and the sacro-iliac joint.  It has given her better pain relief than NSAIDS, and it has fewer negative side effects.  I am very grateful that kratom is legal and available to each of us.
