As an ER physician, i have seen countless heroin and fentanyl addicts in and out of the ER… and I’ve seen so many patients who have kicked the illicit opioids by having access to pure, safe kratom. 
If the government, spearheaded by the unscrupulous, lying FDA, makes it illegal to obtain safe, pure kratom leaf, countless patients will not have a safe harbor and will almost certainly fall back into either illicit street opioids or into the clutches of big pharma, who literally only care about making profits.
