this is a terrible idea, you have virginians that used or are using kratom as an alternative to narcotics derived from opium. you have people addicted to opioid narcotics that use kratom to control cravings, likewise heroin addicts that use kratom to not die. It is so shortsighted to think of doing something like this i am certain you would have an order of magnitude more people dying from not having access to kratom in NoVA than the united states had reported negative side effects nevermind actual injury or death. Give me a break why not give out overdoses of fentanyl. so disappointed.
