Goals of Regulation |
To protection public health and/or welfare with the least possible costs and intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth. To ensure that federally-funded transportation plans, programs and projects are in conformance with state plans for attaining and maintaining national ambient air quality standards. To prohibit emissions which would contribute to nonattainment of the national air quality standards or interference with maintenance of the standards. |
