| Goals of Regulation |
To protect public health and/or welfare with the least possible costs and intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth. To provide the minimum funds from a potential hazarous waste facility developer to allow for the thorough and efficient review of a proposed site by state and local governments designed to evaluate potential impact on public health, safety and welfare and on the environment. |
