In conformity with amendments to the Code Of Virginia made by Chapter 465 of the 2001 Acts of the Assembly, the Board of Medicine has amended sections 10, 130, 140 and 150 of its regulations for physician assistants to eliminate current requirements for a formulary of approved drugs and conform its requirements to provisions of law on expanded prescriptive authority. |
