| Action Summary |
Pursuant to a periodic review, VDOT amended the regulation to update statutory references, eliminate subjective wording, and add more information on availability of the Guidance Document that explains or interprets the regulation and underlying statute. The Office of the Attorney General determined in 1993 that this regulation was exempt from the APA under Section 9-6.14:4.1 B3, and reviewed the amended regulation. Paper copies of these documents will be submitted to DPB. |
