Action Summary This action is a general review to consider certain amendments required by regulatory reduction. The subject is the regulations governing the procedures and rules for proceedings before the Commission on Local Government. The proceedings are primarily hearings on disputes between local government (boundary line adjustments, annexation, reversion, etc.). Changes could impact any portion of regulation though they will have significant focus on unnecessary or outdated information within notices and duplicative requirements.
