| Action Summary | Section 54.1-2731 of the Code of Virginia authorizes the Board of Health Professions to establish qualifications, in addition to those set out in the law, by which a person may use the title dietitian or nutritionist. The criteria for use of the title currently in 18VAC75-30-10 were incorporated into ยง 54.1-2731 by Chapter 91 of the 2016 Acts of the Assembly. Therefore, 18VAC75-30-10 can be repealed. |
