Action Summary |
The amended regulation will eliminate the requirement for the signature of the supervising physician on a prescription written by a physician assistant if the assistant is writing a prescription for a Schedule VI drug. Amendments in subsection B will clarify how the physician assistant can comply with the disclosure requirement specified in ยง 54.1-2952.1 of the Code of Virginia. |
