| Action Summary |
An amendment to section 20 will change the schedule of renewal of permit for nonresident pharmacies from April 30th of each year to annually at the date of initial registration. An amendment to section 190 will prohibit a pharmacist from allowing access to the prescription department by a person whose license or registration has been revoked or suspended. |
