| Action Summary | The amendments (i) revise the geographic delineation of the maintenance areas to correspond to the recent federal promulgation (9 VAC 5-20-203); and (ii) revise the geographic delineation of the nonattainment areas to correspond to the recent federal promulgation (9 VAC 5-20-204). The Fredericksburg Ozone Maintenance Area (Spotsylvania County, Stafford County, and Fredericksburg City) and the Shenandoah National Park Ozone Maintenance Area (the portions of Madison County and Page County located in Shenandoah National Park) have been added to the list of maintenance areas. The Fredericksburg Ozone Nonattainment Area (Spotsylvania County, Stafford County, and Fredericksburg City) and the Shenandoah National Park Ozone Nonattainment Area (the portions of Madison County and Page County located in Shenandoah National Park) have been deleted from the list of nonattainment areas. |
