The regulatory action will comply with the changes in the Code related to the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)for expansion of schedules of drugs required to be reported to the PMP, inclusion of non-resident pharmacies among the required reporters and access to disclosure of information to pharmacists and other authorized persons and entities. |
