| Action Summary |
The board is amending Sections 170 and 330 of its regulations to eliminate references to the Virginia Voluntary Formulary deleted by Chapter 639 of the 2003 Acts of the Assembly. It has also amended Section 411 to reference new provisions in the Code (54.1-3410.2) for compounding drugs found in Chapter 509 of the 2003 Acts of the Assembly. |
