Action Summary These amendments to an existing chapter require optometrists to annually register with the Board and report certain information pursuant to enactment clause 3 of Ch. 16 and Ch. 17 of the 2022 Acts of Assembly. That enactment clause required the Board to promulgate regulations to establish required reporting of certain data.
