Description of Proposed Guidance Document Changes
These Performance Outcomes establish the required areas of training for direct care and security employees in state-operated and certain privately operated juvenile correctional centers, as well as the knowledge and competencies these employees are expected to glean from required training. The Performance Outcomes are mandated in the proposed regulation, 6VAC-210.
