Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board's proposed amendments to the Board's Virginia Stormwater Management Program (VSMP) Regulations. There are proposed amendments to Parts 1, 2, 3, and 13 of the Regulations.
