Continuing education credits  is a terrible idea but all the negative feedback to DPOR is not the right way to get rid of this mandate.  Everyone who reads this needs to contact their State House and Senate Representatives and request repeal of HB 1054.  Then write to Gov Kaine.  The Board's hands are tied.  The VA Legislature is forcing this action on them.  The most the Board can do is water it down after reading all the anti comments.  They can't make it go away.  Only we can do that through our elected officials.  Man your computers and blast them with the same passion you've written here.
