I totally support that  foreign graduate nurses  will be given  the opportunity to  take NCLEX exam  here in Virginia.This will boost our  foreign graduate nurses' morale, to fulfill their aspirations and goals as nurses , to be able to support their families and  primarily to serve  the community.
